32-year-old heavy metal vocalist Tim Lambesis of the Christian band “As I Lay Dying” entered a not guilty plea for solicitation of murder against his ex-wife Meggan Lambesis during his arraignment.

San Diego County deputy district attorney Claudia Grasso presented to the court incriminating details of how Lambesis allegedly planned the murder based on an undercover operation that began on April 23. The prosecution added that he wanted his ex-wife killed because she was making it difficult for him to see their children and to move forward with their divorce agreement.

In the former couple’s divorce filing records, Meggan Lambesis claimed that Tim was incapable of being a father to their three adopted children, ages 4, 8 and 10, because of his wild lifestyle as a heavy metal band leader and vocalist.

Nagaya is set to be sentenced in Redwood City at the Hall of Justice on February 4. Of the many charges, Nagaya only pled guilty to the felony domestic violence with injury, which can impose up to five years in prison, a $10,000 fine, and $10,000 to be paid to the victim, Yuka Nagaya, his ex-wife. All other charges were dropped in exchange for the no contest pleas. However, because Nagaya agreed to a Harvey Waiver, these dropped charges were allowed to be considered for sentencing.

A new study conducted in Norway has found that divorce is more common among couples who choose to divide household chores, such as cleaning the kitchen and doing laundry, than those who leave those chores up to the woman in the relationship.

Marriages where women do the majority of the household duties are more likely to last, according to the results of this study. Researchers found that couples who split up the duties in the home had a higher divorce rate than those couples where the wife tackled the majority of the household chores.

The data for this study was compiled from 2007-2008 statistics regarding married couples in Norway. The research also indicated that the women who performed most of the household chores were just as happy in their relationships as the women who split up those tasks with their husbands.

Kelly Rutherford, who stars on the hit television series, “Gossip Girl,” is said to be extremely upset about the outcome of the child custody case concerning her two children with her ex-husband.

The actress’s former husband currently has their two children, ages 5 and 3, with him in France. He cannot return to the United States due to the fact that his visa has been revoked, and a judge in the case has ruled that their young children can stay with him in France.

The judge also determined that Rutherford’s schedule provides for flexibility, and that she will be able to keep them 50 percent of the time, if she so wishes. The actress is upset, as she believes that her quality time with her children will be drastically cut due to exponential travel time.

Andre Rison played 13 seasons in the NFL and was on the roster for seven different teams during that time. It has been 11 years since Rison has stepped onto a football field professionally, but he has now made the news in regards to his sentencing in his child support case.

The 45-year-old allegedly did not make his child support payments to the mother of his child between August 2008 and August 2010. He owed more than $10,000 when a suit was filed against him. On Monday in Phoenix, Arizona, a federal judge determined that Rison owes over $300,000 in restitution.

The judge also ordered that the former NFL player spend five years on probation and continue paying his monthly child support payments in the amount of $2,350.
